FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear colleagues and friends
We have the privilege and pleasure to invite you to the 7th Annual Congress of the European Paediatric Surgeons’ Association (EUPSA). The Congress will be held at the Maastricht Exhibition and Conference Centre, Maastricht, The Netherlands.
This scientific meeting covers the complete field of paediatric surgery including paediatric urology, paediatric trauma, and paediatric surgical research. The meeting offers oral and poster presentations, as well as courses, workshops, meet-the-expert lunches, and state-of-the-art lectures by prominent international experts with sufficient time for discussion. It provides an excellent opportunity to meet and establish contacts with colleagues from many countries.
The ancient Roman city of Maastricht is an attractive old town with picturesque streets, historic buildings and beautiful squares. There is a hospitable and friendly Burgundian atmosphere. Situated near the Belgian and German borders, it is a well known international shopping centre. The modern Congress Centre, Medical Faculty, and University Hospital and the medieval centre with charming cafés and restaurants link the past and the future. Well known from the European Community Treaty, Maastricht is a symbol of the future of a united Europe.

Abstracts for papers and posters can be submitted on-line at www.eupsa.org.
Abstracts will be considered only if the main content has not been published before nor has been presented earlier at an other international meeting.

Delegates can book their accommodation through the Conference Centre at www.maastrichtbookingservice.nl or directly at www.vvvmaastricht.nl. In spring early booking is advised to guarantee accommodation.
